Install new wood nailer around roof perimeter to support new board insulation.
Install flute fill insulation ribs of metal roofing and two layers of 1 ½” ISO insulation.
Mechanically fasten the Duro-Last single-ply membrane in accordance with Duro-Last requirements.
Sheet wall between upper and lower building with plywood and clad with new membrane.
At front and canopy edge and two sections along back, install new integrated Duro-Last gutter and downspout.
On the remaining roof edge, install Duro-Last t-edge detail.
Furnish and install snow retention rail on the main roof above front entry canopies and on main canopy.
Flash all roof penetrations and protect stack flashing with snow diverters.
Provide Duro-Last Walk-Track material from eave to and around kitchen grease trap units.
Install two 40’x40’ logos per the attached drawing.
