- Install new wood nailer around roof perimeter to support new board insulation.
- Install flute fill insulation ribs of metal roofing and two layers of 1 ½” ISO insulation.
- Mechanically fasten the Duro-Last single-ply membrane per Duro-Last requirements
- Sheet wall between upper and lower building with plywood and clad with new membrane.
- At front and canopy edge and two sections along back, install new integrated Duro-Last gutter and downspout.
- On the remaining roof edge, install Duro-Last t-edge detail.
- Furnish and install snow retention rail on the main roof above front entry canopies and on main canopy.
- Flash all roof penetrations and protect stack flashing with snow diverters.
- Provide Duro-Last Walk-Track material from eave to and around kitchen grease trap units.
- Install two 40’x40’ logos per the attached drawing.
