Install 6” ISO Insulation
Install one layer HD recovery board underlayment to provide a surface to adhere to PVC membrane.
Mechanically fasten the Duro-Last single-ply membrane in accordance with Duro-Last requirements.
Flash membrane up and over all parapet walls in accordance with Duro-Last requirements
At all perimeter edges bring the membrane over edge fastening 6” O.C.
Install new Duro-Last full coping metal cap edging on all perimeter edges.
Flash all roof penetrations in accordance with Duro-Last specifications.
Install protective walk mat as sown on drawings.
Furnish and install two through-wall scuppers and down spouts.
Furnish and install a Bilco S-20 roof hatch
