• Install 6” ISO Insulation
• Install one layer HD recovery board underlayment to provide a surface to adhere to PVC membrane.
• Fully adhere to Duro-Last 60 mil PVC singly-ply membrane in accordance with Duro-Last requirements
• Flash membrane up and over all parapet walls in accordance with Duro-Last requirements
• At all perimeter edges bring the membrane over edge fastening 6” O.C.
• Install new Duro-Last full coping metal cap edging on all perimeter edges.
• Flash all roof penetrations in accordance with Duro-Last specifications.
• Install protective walk mat as sown on drawings.
• Furnish and install two through-wall scuppers and down spouts.
• Furnish and install a Bilco S-20 roof hatch
